Domestic Shipping Policy

The good news : Shipping is provided free of cost for all orders.

If you do want express shipping, you can choose the same at the checkout for a nominal fee. 

Indicated shipping timeline is an approximate number of days an order takes to deliver from the ship date indicated at checkout, and does not include weekends, holiday and any unforeseeable delays on the courier's end (weather, volume, traffic, etc). Delivery may be delayed if a change of delivery option was submitted on the customer's end.

Shipped items should usually reach you in 3-5 days. If your order does not reach you by the 5th day, request you to drop us an email and our Customer Happiness team will help resolve the issue at the earliest. 

 

Missing or lost packages

If a package goes missing or gets lost in transit and does not reach you in time, drop us an email on care@thehouseofmuse.in with your order number and our team will be happy to help.

Can I cancel or update my order? or change my shipping address?

If you need to make any changes to your order, including adjusting and cancelling of the order, or changing the shipping address, please reach out within 24 hours of placing the order. Kindly note that as our team works hard to get your order dispatched as quickly as possible, we may not be able to cancel or update your order upon receiving a late request.

What do I do if my jewellery is defective or I received the wrong order?

 First off, our apologies! Please send your order number and a photo of the defective or incorrect piece with 24 hrs of receiving the order to care@thehouseofmuse.in Our Customer Happiness Team will be happy to resolve this for you!

Shipped via our Premium Logistics partner with a Tracking Link. The delivery time will range from 5-12 days depending on the location. 
      
Once your order is shipped out, we will email you a tracking number and link from care@thehouseofmuse.in Do add us to contacts in your email address list so that our emails do not land up in your spam folder.

Import Tax and Duties

Depending on the total value of your order, it may be subject to import tax and duty. We do not collect payment for import taxes or duties on our website, nor are they included in the product price or shipping cost. Any such duties or taxes are calculated locally at the time of import and we advise customers to get information on the prevalent rates in their country.

REPLACEMENT & RETURNS
  
Each piece is individually handcrafted. As a result there may be subtle variations from from one piece to the next, and minor differences in the natural semi precious stones we use. However, we strive to maintain aesthetic uniformity and each piece undergoes a strict quality check before being shipped out.
  
Exchanges will only be accepted if your order is damaged in transit or you have received the incorrect product (we request you to report any damages in transit within 5 working days of delivery). In case of either event, you may return the pieces exactly the way you received them, unworn, with original packaging.
